Sandy started out her career working in technology, the photo here is an early shot of one of her first IT roles as a Computer Operator, working at the TAB Head Office running their Perkin Elmer, it was here that she became fascinated by what attracted people to careers, she realised that as technology changed the world of work, careers also shifted rapidly and the need for people to adapt escalated.

She went on to do a Masters in Education majoring in Counselling Psychology & Career Development and has used this to inform her work. She now works within businesses to ensure that everyone has a Career Development Plan in place and also see’s private clients who wish to develop their careers or are in a career transition.
